Infrastructure
State of the art machinery
The total area of the unit is around 82,000 Sq ft and the Build Up area is around 33,000 sq ft in Phase 1.
This 33,000 sq ft is a combination of PEB and RCC structure.
The PEB roofing is completely insulated from inside which makes sure that the temperature is always 5-7 degrees lower inside as compared to outside.
The unit is constructed considering a future expansion in the processing capacity. The plant output can be doubled keeping the same infrastructure.
Also, as the unit is located in a Mega food park, various facilities like Cold storage (1500 MT), Microbiology lab, ETP, Weighing Bridge, Guest House, Canteen,etc are readily available in the premises.
Our Machinery
The heart of the plant is its Grinding Machinery and we have installed one of the best machineries for grinding of all the spices.
There are 2 Grinding Lines made by Rieco Industries :
- Turmeric Line (500 Kg/Hr) – Cleaning, Grinding by ACM, Sieving
- Chilly, Seed and Blended Integrated Line (500 Kg/Hr) – Cleaning for Chilly, 2 Stage grinding , Sieving , Blending with Oil spraying
All the material contact parts are made of SS304.
The current installed machinery gives us a Annual Capacity of nearly 7500 tons
The Packaging area has been installed with 3 Packaging machines made by Wraptech Machines Mumbai :
- MB 25 VFFS (2 nos ) – Packs 5 gm to 50 gm @70 to 40 bags/min
- MB 250 VFFS ( 1 no.) – Packs 100 gm to 1000 gm @ 60 to 25 bags/min
All the Material contact parts are made of SS304.
